Terms of Service

1. Definitions

a. "Software" refers to LabCore. b. "User" or "you" refers to the individual or entity that has acquired and uses the Software. c. "We," "us," or "our" refers to LabCore. d. "Hardware" refers to a User's computing equipment on which the Software operates. e. "HWID" stands for Hardware Identification.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Upon accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you unequivocally agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not consent to these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the Software.

3. Licensing & Usage

a. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Software exclusively for your personal, non-commercial purposes, contingent on your compliance with these Terms. b. Misuse, as determined at our sole discretion, may result in immediate termination of this license.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases of the Software are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, technical issues, or the Software's performance. It is your responsibility to understand this before purchasing.

5. Termination and Suspension

a. We reserve the exclusive right to terminate, suspend, or revoke your access to the Software without prior notice or liability for any reason or no reason at all. b. Users who engage in a chargeback will have their access to the Software terminated and their HWID permanently banned.

6. Hardware Compatibility & Requirements

a. The Software may have specific hardware requirements. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure their Hardware meets these requirements before purchasing. b. We assume no liability or responsibility for incompatibility or performance issues arising from your Hardware.

7. No Liability for Account Loss

Any accounts, items, or digital assets lost due to the use or misuse of the Software are the User's responsibility. We expressly disclaim any liability for such losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continuation of the Software's use after modifications constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

a. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of LabCoreLLC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. b. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Acknowledgment & Waiver

By using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read these Terms, understands them, and agrees to be bound by them. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us
